What are your prices?

What is not included?
To keep your quote clear and customized, our service fee covers only the planning and coordination side of your event. The costs for any third-party vendors or external services are not included in our standard rate. This ensures full flexibility. You have complete control over your budget and the freedom to choose options that best fit your vision and priorities.

All third-party vendor costs will be quoted separately and shared transparently before any booking is made. Nothing moves forward without your full approval, so you’ll always know exactly where your investment is going and what to expect.
What are your payment terms?
To officially confirm your booking and reserve your event date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the agreement. This secures your spot in our calendar and allows us to begin the planning and coordination process right away.
A second payment of 40% is due four weeks before your event date, covering ongoing planning, vendor coordination, and design preparation.
The final balance of 30% is due three days before the event, ensuring that all final arrangements and logistics are in place for a seamless execution.
Please note that all vendor fees — such as venue, catering, rentals, or entertainment — must be paid in full prior to the event. This guarantees that every partner involved is confirmed, scheduled, and ready to deliver their services without delay.
We believe in clear communication and transparent billing every step of the way, so you can feel confident that your event is in reliable hands.
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it — life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Cancellation terms depend on the type of event, size, vendors, and any reservations already made, so each situation is considered individually.
The deposit secures your event date and covers initial planning, vendor coordination, and administrative work. In most cases, this deposit is non-refundable, but we always aim to find a fair solution if circumstances change.
For additional payments, we review the timing of your cancellation and any confirmed vendor commitments. If possible, we work with you to adjust, postpone, or partially refund payments where feasible. Our goal is to be flexible and reasonable, while respecting the time and effort invested in making your event happen.
