4. Quotes & Bookings

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

A booking is confirmed only once a written agreement is signed and a deposit (if applicable) has been received.

Prices are provided in euros (€) and include/exclude VAT as specified.
5. Payments

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

Late payments may incur a 2% late fee per month.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted).

If you cancel:

More than 60 days before the event → 100% refund of deposit (subject to vendor prepayments and cancellation policy)

Between 30–59 days before → 50% refund (subject to vendor prepayments and cancellation policy)

Less than 30 days → No refund of deposit

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made, unless an alternative date or planner is agreed upon.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to plan your event.

Obtain any required permissions, permits, or venue approvals.

Respect agreed timelines and payment schedules.

Treat our staff and partners with professionalism and respect.
8. Vendor & Third-Party Services
We may recommend or hire trusted third-party vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, decorators) on your behalf. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for the performance or actions of third-party vendors.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logo, and designs) is owned by A Events & Co or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written consent.
We may take photos or videos of your event (with your consent) for our portfolio and marketing purposes.
